Showing Our
Value: Measurement and Evaluation of OD Initiatives OD practitioners all have to show results from our work. We tend to be good at showing "soft" results, like leadership development assessments and employee engagement surveys, and less good at "hard" business results. We will present some OD work done at Advocate Health Care, and will look at both types of measurement. We'll also discuss how you can set up measurement and evaluation of your work at each stage of an intervention, and even look at ways to forecast financial results when you don't have all the data yet. Come have some fun and learn how to show the value of your great work. Our Presenters: Roxanne Ray, MSMOB, is a Senior Performance Consultant with Advocate Health Care. She is the "principle" consultant leading the system wide frontline leader development program linking learning and development to organizational initiatives.
